Schedule and Readings
Before Monday, 31 January:
- Read Chapter 11 – 18 of Hubert’s The DNA Book.
- Finish reading Chapter 3 (including 3.9) of the Bioinformatics Algorithms: How do we assemble genomes?.
Project 1 is due on Monday, September 5 (8:59pm). Everyone should have a partner for Project 1, and be making progess on it. If you don’t have a partner for it, let Prof. Evans know.
